Top Tilers

Top Tiler is an puzzle-arcade game with an idea in mind: to recreate the atmosphere of japanese arcades we were used to see in the late '80s.
 

The gameplay is very simple.
To win, you have to move your character over the tiles in the background in order to reveal the image hidden behind them.
You have to avoid the roaming enemies too or you'll lose a precious life.
Some tiles have special properties. The effect these tiles produce are described at the beginning of the game.
 

 

The game has 6 levels, which are divided into 4 sublevels. It has a nice ending sequence with credits too.
 

 

The idea of the game, music and programming come from Tyn.
The graphics has been made by JEFF and BCO, based on a work-in-progress one TYN has produced before.
 

 

Cheats:
Invulnerability - During the game press "p" key and type the word "cheatnchot". If the background flashes then the cheat is activated. To return to the game, press "p" again.
Ending sequence - In the the main menu, type the word "neuropa".

Note:
In the original version of the game, TYN, BCO and JEFF have innocently inserted some nudity, because of the typical style of certain japanese arcade game.
The version in this site has been patched and it DOESN'T contain nudity, in order to not hurt the sensibility of persons or cultures that doesn't accept scenes of nude.
